Cape Bretoners Pick Up Music Nova Scotia Awards

A number of Cape Bretoners picked up awards at the Music Nova Scotia Awards on the weekend.

Beòlach won Traditional/Roots Recording of the Year, Morgan Toney was named Indigenous Artist of the Year and Maxim Cormier earned Classical Recording of the Year honours.

Dave Sampson won the Country Recording of the Year Award and Breagh Isabel was named SOCAN Songwriter of the Year.

Inverness County’s the Town Hero’s picked up two awards: Entertainer of the Year and Digital Artist of the Year.
