There’s no garbage collection in the CBRM this morning and crews will reassess conditions at 10:00 this morning to determine if a late collection will begin.
Transit Cape Breton buses aren’t running this morning and the CBRM says officials there will also reassess conditions at 10:00 this morning.
All branches of the Cape Breton Regional Library are closed for the morning.
Provincial government offices are delaying opening until noon today.
