by Regional Councillor Darren Bruckschwaiger says he’s taking a leave of absence for medical reasons.
The District 10 Councillor says if people in his area need help they can call the Council Office, the Mayor’s Office or District 9 Councillor Ken Tracey.
Bruckschwaiger isn’t giving a timeline for his return but he says he’s looking forward to seeing people in his community soon.
Mayor Amanda McDougall says council and staff will do their best to help Bruckschwaiger’s constituents and look forward to seeing him back at the Council table when he’s ready.
