Bruce Guthro Named To Order Of Nova Scotia

Singer/songwriter Bruce Guthro is being posthumously named to the Order of Nova Scotia.

The Sydney Mines native died last month at the age of 62 after a battle with cancer.

Guthro is being recognized for his contributions to the music industry, Canadian culture and his philanthropy.

He’s one of five Nova Scotian’s named to the Order of Nova Scotia in today’s announcement.
