by Two men charged in connection to a brutal assault on a homeless man in North Sydney are due back in court today for bail hearings.
47-year-old Gordon William Bobbitt and 34-year-old James Darren Clarke are each charged with obstruction of justice in the case.
Regional Police have charged a total of six people after 48-year-old Shawn Curtis Jack was found bloodied and bruised in a North Sydney parking lot on July 14th.
Jack remains in a Halifax hospital where he’s recovering from serious injuries.
