Bail Hearings for Four Arrested in Sydney Mines Home Invasion

Four people charged after a home invasion in Sydney Mines are due back in court today for bail hearings.

Regional Police say they got called to a home on Barrington Street at around 4:30 on Sunday morning.

They add four people came into the house and assaulted two people inside and also stole several items.

They gone on to say the 44-year-old man and 33-year-old woman suffered minor injuries and know their attackers.

32 year-old Michael Cory Forrest from Sydney Mines, 18 year-old Mary Jolene Gillard from Florence and 35 year-old David Angus Forrest and 33 year-old Ashley Nicole Keagan both from Marion Bridge were later arrested.

They face various charges including break and enter, assault, robbery and breaching conditions.
