by A North Sydney man facing a charge of second degree murder is due in Supreme Court today for a bail hearing.
40 year-old Stephen Michael Bishop is charged in the death of 60 year-old Robert Thomas Bradley.
Regional Police say officers got a call on September 3rd about an assault at a home on Brook Street in North Sydney.
They say paramedics treated the man who was assaulted, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Bishop has a preliminary hearing on the charge on March 24th.
