Bail Hearing For Man Charged After House Attacked With Front End Loader

A Sydney man facing a number of charges after a North Sydney home was deliberately damaged by a front end loader is due back in court today for a bail hearing.

51-year-old Kevin Albert Morrison faces four counts of mischief and singles counts of Break and Enter, Taking a Motor Vehicle without Consent, and Flight from Police.

He’s also been ordered to have no contact with the owner of the home and two other women.

Regional Police say they got called about the machine trying to demolish a home on Seaview Drive at around 5:00 on Monday morning.

The driver was arrested after police followed the machine to King Street where it stopped in front of the liquor store.

Police say there were no injuries in the incident.
