Bail Hearing for Local Children’s Entertainer, Klutzy the Clown

The local children’s entertainer known as Klutzy the Clown is due back in court today for a bail hearing after appearing in court yesterday on sex charges involving a girl.

51 year-old Dale Rancourt from Gabarus faces one count each of sexual assault and sexual exploitation, and two counts of sexual interference.

Some details are under a publication ban because the girl is under the age of 16.

The charges stem from incidents that are said to have happened between July 15th and Sunday.
