Bail Hearing Adjourned Again In Fatal Crash Case

Another bail hearing has been adjourned in the case of a fatal single-vehicle crash on the 125 Sydney Bypass.

This comes after a bail hearing was adjourned last week for for 27 year-old Adam Alexander Fraser from North Sydney.

He’s facing eight charges, including impaired driving causing death and bodily harm, dangerous driving causing death and bodily harm and driving while prohibited.

Fraser’s girlfriend, 29-year-old Billie Jean Blanchard from Glace Bay, died in Halifax hospital five days after the crash that happened near Leitches Creek on September 19^th.

Police say her four children suffered moderate to minor injuries.

Fraser now has bail hearing scheduled for a week from today.
