Bail Denied For Murder Accused

Bail was denied today for a Sydney woman awaiting trial on a charge of first-degree murder.

35 year-old Jessica Anne MacDonald is charged in the death of 41-year-old Stephen Richard Rose in Sydney in November of 2019.

Rose was stabbed several times inside a Rotary Park apartment.

MacDonald is now due back in court on December 6^th.

39 year-old Joseph Frederick Evong is also charged with first-degree murder in Rose’s death and is scheduled to stand trial separately next year.
