by The Nova Scotia Native Women’s Association is holding an awareness walk in Sydney tomorrow on the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit, also known as Red Dress Day.
The event starts at 2:00 tomorrow afternoon at Wentworth Park with drumming, an opening prayer and speeches.
The walk will go to The Jane Paul Indigenous Women’s Resource Centre on George St.
