by Regional Police are looking for a North Sydney man who’s been accused of assault.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 27 year-old Kyle David Timbury, who’s facing charges of Assault, Uttering Threats and several Breaches of Court orders.
The charges stem an incident in November and come as the result of investigation into complaints later made to police.
Police say the accused and the person he’s said to have assaulted know each other.
Anyone with information on Timbury’s whereabouts is asked to call Police or Crime Stoppers.
