Another Great White Pinged Off Cape Breton

Another great white shark has been detected in waters off Cape Breton.

Baker is a 3.6 metre long adult male weighing 648 kilograms.

He was pinged off Saint Esprit in Richmond County shortly after 4:00 this morning.

Baker was tagged and released by researchers in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia on July 21st.

He joins Jason, a 227 kilogram, 2.7 metre long sub-adult male whose latest ping came shortly after 8:00 on Wednesday morning off Scatarie Island.
