Another Bail Hearing For Man Charged After Bras d’Or Fire

A Sydney Mines Man facing charges after a fire at a Bras d’Or business is due back in court today for another bail hearing.

54 year-old Phillip Raymond Leblanc faces four charges including Arson and Possession of an Incendiary Material.

LeBlanc was charged after police got called to a fire at Scott MacNeil Motors on the night of April 22nd.

Regional Police say the fire was immediately deemed suspicious.

They also say they’re continuing to investigate an earlier suspicious fire involving several travel trailers at Scott MacNeil Motors.
