A bail hearing has been delayed once again for a 29-year-old man facing child pornography and other charges after an investigation by Regional Police and the US Department of Homeland Security.
Bail hearings were delayed last week and the week before for Justin Bradshaw Crane.
Crane is facing six counts of luring a child, as well as possession and distribution of child pornography and five breaches of a court order involving children.
Police say they’ve been working with Homeland Security for the past eight months on the case and that led to a search warrant to seize electronic devices.
Crane is now scheduled to have a bail hearing a week from today.
