Another bail hearing has been adjourned for an Alberta man who’s facing a number of charges after three men were assaulted in Coxheath last month. 33 year-old Andrew Stephen MacIsaac, of Leduc, faces a single count of Assault, two counts of Aggravated Assault and 2 counts of Assault with a Weapon as well as charges of Uttering Threats and a number of Breaches. MacIsaac was arrested after police were called to a home on Waterview Drive on December 27th to investigate a complaint of an assault. Three other men at the home were taken to the Regional Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Police say the four men know each other and had been socializing prior to the incident. They add that there was a weapon involved in the assault but it was not a firearm. MacIsaac is now on remand to await another bail hearing that’s been scheduled for a week from today.
