Access Expanded To Online Mental Health Program

The province is expanding access to a mental health support program.

Togetherall is an anonymous online group moderated by registered clinical practitioners, where people can share their thoughts and experiences.

It was originally open to people between 16 and 29 years old, as well as  post-secondary students and apprenticeship learners 30 and over.

It’s now being expanded to everyone 16 and over in the province and is available in French.

The service is free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at togetherall.com.
