The province says children 17 and under get free entry to all 16 Nova Scotia Museum sites and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, starting today.
Meanwhile, people between the ages of 18 and 24 will get a 50 per cent discount on their entry fee.
The program will run until September 7th.
The provincial government says the move is part of the Canada Strong Pass.
The federal initiative also offers free or reduced youth admission to national galleries and museums and free admission for all ages at national parks and historic sites.
