The Sydney, NS Stroke Peer Support Group is to relaunch starting April 28th and meets the last Tuesday of every month from 3-4pm. Taking place at the Southend Community Centre (in the Gymnasium), 1464 George Street, Sydney. It’s free to attend and open to stroke survivors, their caregivers, friends and families.
