by RCMP say a man is dead after an ATV overturned in Richmond County.
They say they got a call shortly before 10:30 last night about an overturned side-by-side in Grand Anse.
They say the responding officer identified the man as a 39-year-old from Whiteside.
Police say an investigation is ongoing.
