by Regional Police say a 20 year-old man is dead after a single vehicle crash on the Eskasoni Highway on Saturday night.
Police say they got called to the crash near Islandview at around 7:30.
They say when officers arrived, they found fire services and paramedics at a vehicle in the trees several hundred feet from the road that witnesses had helped to locate.
The man who was the only one in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The vehicle has been sent for a mechanical inspection and the investigation continues.
No more information about the man has been released.
