Regional Police say they haven’t yet found the body of Justin MacDonald but say they’ll keep investigating until they do during a news conference this morning.
Police say they’ve already searched 50 locations in the CBRM.
Three people have been arrested in MacDonald’s disappearance that police say is now considered a homicide based on information they got very early in the investigation.
They say there are more people they need to talk to as a result of those conversations and there may be more arrests.
45 year-old Aaron Curtis Mickey and 34 year-old Ryan Joseph Pike are each charged with second-degree murder and robbery in the case.
Mickey is also facing four firearm-related offences.
38 year-old Mitchell George McPhee is charged with manslaughter, robbery and assault.
34 year-old MacDonald was last seen at around 11:00 on the night of July 7th at the Irving gas station on Commercial Street in North Sydney.
