Third Person Charged In Justin MacDonald Disappearance Due In Court

The third person arrested in the disappearance and believed murder of 36 year-old Justin MacDonald from North Sydney is due in Sydney Provincial Court today.

45 year-old Aaron Curtis Mickey is charged with second-degree murder, robbery, and four firearm-related offences.

He was arrested near Sydney on New Year’s Eve.

On December 13, 38 year-old Mitchell George McPhee was arrested and charged with manslaughter, robbery and assault in the case.

A week later, police arrested Ryan Joseph Pike in Reserve Mines and charged him with second-degree murder and robbery in the MacDonald case.

MacDonald was last seen at around 11:00 on the night of July 7th at the Irving gas station on Commercial Street in North Sydney.

His vehicle was later found in the Mira Road area burned.
