by New Dawn Enterprises says people will start moving into the Pallet Shelters at Pine Tree Park next week.
It says the first eight people will move in on Monday and others will move in over the week in groups of eight a day until the 35 units are occupied.
New Dawn says there are still over 20 people on a wait list to get into one of the shelters.
It says many of the first 35 tenants are expected to move into a new affordable housing project in Northend Sydney when it opens early next year.
