CBU International Student Numbers Down

There are more than 1,100 fewer international students enrolled at Cape Breton University this fall and that figure accounts for over half the total decrease across the province.  

The preliminary survey of enrollments from the Association of Atlantic Universities shows CBU’s international students number 5,764 this year, marking a drop of 16.9% from last year.

The association says the total decrease in Atlantic Canada is over 3,000, including over 2,000 in Nova Scotia.
