by Regional Council voted unanimously this morning to approve an easement on municipally owned land for the Cossitt Heights subdivision in Sydney.
The easement will allow Nova Scotia Power access to provide utility services for Phase 3 of the development.
The developer, Cossitt Heights Developments Limited will be responsible for all costs and fees associated with the easement.
