A Quebec-based airline will soon be flying out of the Sydney-McCurdy Airport.
Pascan Aviation will be offering flights to Halifax starting in October.
The announcement was made at the airport this afternoon.
Airport CEO Myles Tuttle says they’re very excited to reconnect Sydney to Halifax.
Tuttle says they think it’s an important link for tourism and other businesses.
Since 2022, Air Canada has been the only airline to provide passenger flights at the airport.
It operates daily service to Toronto and Montreal.
