Start Of White Murder Trial Postponed Until Tomorrow

Today’s start of the trial for a Florence man charged in the beating death of 60 year-old Robert Bradley from Sydney Mines has been postponed until tomorrow.

Patrick White faces a count of second degree murder in the case.

Stephen Michael Bishop from North Sydney was also charged with second degree murder in Bradley’s death.

But he pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter in October and was later given a 12-year prison sentence with 45 months credit for time served in custody.

Bradley was pronounced dead at the scene after police were called to a home on Brook Street in North Sydney on September 3, 2020.
