Missing Glace Bay Man

Regional Police are looking for tips from the public in the search for a missing Glace Bay man with dementia.

Police say 87-year-old Evan John “Jackie” Davies (photo below) was last seen leaving his Mary Street home at around noon yesterday.

They say he’s traveling in a white 2017 Ford Escape with license plate GLT 136.

He could be driving the vehicle in the New Waterford, Donkin or Port Morien areas.

Davies is described as 5’ 8” tall with a thin build, short grey hair and a goatee.

Anyone who knows where he is, is asked to call the Regional Police general number of contact Crime Stoppers.
