by The Health Authority says the Northside Urgent Treatment Centre at the Northside General Hospital will now be open an extra day a week, starting this Friday.
The Friday hours will be from 9:00 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon.
The centre operates on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:00 in the morning to 7:30 at night, and Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon.
People can book an appointment at the Urgent Treatment Centre by calling 902-794-8966 or by going to the centre in person.
People who visit the Centre in person will be assessed by a nurse to determine if they’ll be scheduled for an appointment, either later that day or the next day the centre is open.
