Three Displaced After Sydney Mines Fire

The Red Cross says a family of three is without a home after a fire at a bungalow in Sydney Mines early this morning.

It says the fire on Pitt Street was reported at about 4:00.

It says there were no injuries but there was extensive damage to the bungalow.

The Red Cross says an adult couple and their son have been helped by volunteers with emergency lodging, as well as food, clothing and some other basic needs.
