Every Woman’s Centre Seeking Donations of School Supplies

Sydney’s Every Woman’s Centre is looking for donations for this year’s back to school campaign that’s now underway.

Classes don’t start for another five weeks but the Centre says staff are hard at work answering calls for help getting students ready.

The Centre says it expects its numbers to go up this year like they did last year because of the cost of living.

It says any school supplies and funding are welcome but priority items include scissors, larger book bags, lunch bags, 80-page scribblers and 1-inch binders.

The Centre says the back to school program is income-based and each application is assessed individually.
