Premier Signs MOU On Healthcare With Denmark

Premier Tim Houston signed a memorandum of understanding on healthcare with Denmark, today.

Houston is in Denmark as part of his European trade mission.

The Premier’s Office says the MOU provides a framework for co-operation that includes sharing information and working together on areas of shared interest and priority.

It says the agreement establishes four areas of collaboration that are digital transformation, healthcare at home, non-communicable diseases management and care and healthcare systems organization.

The Office says the work carried out between Nova Scotia and Denmark could include joint seminars or workshops, site visits and other activities meant to improve healthcare delivery.
