Police Investigating Sydney Convenience Store Robbery

Regional Police say they’re looking for a man who robbed the Needs Convenience Store on George Street in Sydney over the weekend.

They say officers were called to the store at around 9:30 Sunday night, when they were told a man came into the store holding a knife and demanded money.

Police say they were unable to find the man, who was described as 6-feet-tall, and wearing jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt, black shoes and a mask.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
