Sydney Santa Claus Parade Going To Whitney Pier

After weeks of controversy, the Sydney Santa Claus Parade will be going to Whitney Pier, after all.

The move comes after a group from the Pier held a meeting late last week with the four-person Sydney Santa Claus Parade Committee.

Organizers say the parade will have what they call a festive break in the middle at Open Hearth Park.

They say the break will allow current parade participants to rest and warm up or leave the parade and new participants to join.

The parade will then continue into Whitney Pier and end in Neville Park.
