School Resuming, Today

The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education says classes are resuming at almost all its schools today after post-tropical storm Fiona.

The exceptions are John Bernard Croak Elementary in Glace Bay and Boularderie Elementary where there are still power outages.

The Centre says buses will be operating in all areas today but will also be following any detours and road closures that are in place.

Cape Breton University and its associated offices and the Marconi Campus of the Community College are also both reopening, today.
