Four More COVID-19 Deaths Reported

The province is reporting four more COVID-19 deaths over the seven-day period that ended on Monday.

Health officials say the number of new PCR-positive COVID-19 tests has increased slightly compared to the previous reporting period.

However, they say long-term care outbreaks, hospital admissions and deaths have decreased.

The province says there were 1,491 new lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 during the last reporting period, along with 28 hospitalizations.
