Abduction Accused Arrested In Sydney

A woman recently charged with abduction has been arrested after Regional Police say she broke the conditions of a release order.

Terria Ann Lively was released last week after being arrested following the issuing of an Amber Alert and one of her release conditions barred her from coming to Cape Breton except for court appearances.

Police say Lively was arrested after officers were told she was in the Sydney area this morning.

Lively later appeared in Sydney Court and is now on remand ahead of another court appearance on Monday.
