Cape Breton Centres Get Youth Wellness Program Funding

The province says its spending $700,000 for mental wellness programs at seven youth centres.

Sydney River-Mira-Louisboug MLA Brian Comer made the announcement this morning at the Undercurrent Youth Centre in Glace Bay.

The Minister responsible for the Office of Addictions and Mental Health and Minister responsible for Youth says three other Cape Breton centres are also getting funding besides Undercurrent.

They are BGC Cape Breton in Sydney, the Clifford Street Youth Centre in North Sydney and LOVE Nova Scotia in Membertou.
