Public Consultations On The Regional Municipality’s Development Resume Tonight

The Regional Municipality is resuming public consultations on its future development starting today.

The open house sessions are giving people a chance to look at the draft approach to land use.

They’ll also be able to offer feedback on the draft vision for the municipality over the next 25 years.

The first in-person session is taking place at the Glace Bay Miners Forum tonight.

There will also be public consultations at the North Sydney Fireman’s Club tomorrow, and the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion in Sydney on Thursday.

All the sessions are taking place between 6:00 in the evening and 8:00 at night.
