Construction Of New Breton Education Centre Scheduled To Start, Today

Construction is scheduled to start in New Waterford today on the new Breton Education Centre school and community wellness centre.

Work on the project also means street closures.

Lowell Cormier Avenue will be closed along with Eighth Street between the train tracks and Lowell Cormier Avenue.

Barricades, fencing and signage will be in place and people are asked to use caution in the area.

People will continue to have access to MacKinnon Field
