Two Charged With Cocaine Trafficking

Two Glace Bay men are being accused of trafficking cocaine after being arrested by Regional Police last week.

Police say they found cocaine when they stopped a vehicle in the parking lot of Sterling Mall in Glace Bay on Thursday.

They say the 41-year-old man driving the car was arrested.

Police say further investigation led them to the Radio Club on West Avenue, where they arrested a 52-year-old man they say was carrying cocaine and cash.

The 41-year-old man is charged with cocaine trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, while the 52-year-old is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, possession of property obtained by crime and four breaches of probation.
