Work Underway On African Nova Scotian Justice Plan

The Province is developing an African Nova Scotian Justice Plan.

The government says the plan will help address barriers to justice faced by African Nova Scotians.

It says the process will include 16 consultation sessions with African Nova Scotian communities from May 3rd to June 28th.

The African Nova Scotian Decade for People of African Descent Coalition and the Association of Black Social Workers are partnering with the Province on the consultation.

There will also be an online survey available in May.
