COVID-19 Exposure On Flight From Toronto To Halifax On December 13th

Public Health is warning about potential exposure to COVID-19 on a flight to Halifax.

The Air Canada flight from Toronto landed in Halifax shortly after 9:00 on the night of December 13th.

Passengers in rows 29 to 35 and seats C, D, E and F are required to immediately isolate and book a COVID test.

Meanwhile, the Health Authority says it will no longer issue COVID exposure notifications where there’s minimal risk to the public because of the high number of cases in the province.

It says it will only issue notifications when the public has had close contact with someone who’s tested positive for COVID-19.
