28 New COVID Cases Reported, State of Emergency Extended

The province is reporting 28 new cases of COVID-19 today as it renews its State of Emergency.

16 of the new cases are in the Northern Zone and 12 are in the Central Zone.

The province is also reporting 25 new recoveries today, bringing its total amount of confirmed active cases to 172.

There are no confirmed active cases in the Regional Municipality.

14 people in the province are now in hospital with the virus, including five people in intensive care.

The State of Emergency is being extended to December 12th.
