by A Howie Centre man has been committed to stand trial on a charge of murdering his wife.
74-year-old Gregory James Dilney faces a count of second-degree murder in the March 5th death of 71-year-old Brenda Ann Dilney.
Police say she was found inside the couple’s King’s Road home and pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics who worked to save her.
A preliminary hearing was held in the case today.
Dilney is being held in custody until December 6th, when the case is due back in court to set a trial date.
