by A preliminary hearing date was set today for a Florence man charged in the death of 60-year-old Robert Thomas Bradley from Sydney Mines.
39-year-old John Patrick White is facing a count of second-degree murder.
He remains on remand and is due back in court for a three-day preliminary hearing starting on June 27th.
40-year-old Stephen Michael Bishop from North Sydney is also charged with second degree murder in the case.
Regional Police say officers got a call on September 3rd of last year about an assault at a home on Brook Street in North Sydney.
They say paramedics treated the man who was assaulted, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
