NS Reports COVID Death, Seven New Cases

The province is reporting another COVID-19 death and seven new cases of the virus.

Health officials say the person who died was a woman in her 70’s in the Western Zone.

All seven of the new cases reported today are in the Central Zone.

The province is also reporting 24 more recoveries today.

There’s now a total of 134 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia, including two in the Regional Municipality.

Ten people in the province are now in hospital with the virus, including one person in intensive care.
