COVID precaution notifications issued for Sydney nightclub, Boularderie East restaurant

Public health has issued COVID precaution notifications for two Cape Breton businesses, including two at the Capri in Sydney.

It says the first of the minimal risk exposures at the Capri took place between 11:30 PM on Thursday, September 18 and 2:00 AM on Friday, September 19; the second occurred between 11:30 PM Thursday, September 25 and 3:30 AM on Friday, September 26.

People who are fully vaccinated who were at the Capri on those dates at those times don’t need to self isolate or get tested, unless the develop symptoms.

Public Health recommends people who aren’t fully vaccinated should get tested, although they don’t need to isolate while waiting for their test result, unless they develop symptoms.

The health authority also says a minimal risk exposure took place at the Cedar House Restaurant in Boularderie East on Sunday, September 19 between 5:00 and 7:30 in the evening.
